Plain-language purchase terms.

Orders and payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping are shown before payment. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we send an order confirmation; we may cancel and refund an order we cannot fulfil.

Made-to-order products

Products are printed after purchase. Small differences in garment-dyed colour, print colour and placement can occur. Review measurements and selections before paying.

Delivery

Production and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays outside our reasonable control can occur. See our shipping policy.

Problems and refunds

Our returns policy explains how we handle damaged, misprinted and incorrect items. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
