Useful tracking, not creepy tracking.
Oddly Okay measures the shopping steps needed to improve the store and keeps order status for signed-in customers. We do not run third-party advertising pixels or sell visitor data.
What the store records
First-party events such as page views, product views, colour and size selections, bag additions, checkout attempts and completed orders. The store also records broad device type, viewport size, referring website, campaign tags, scroll milestones, visit duration and basic loading-quality measurements. These records use random browser and session IDs and do not contain your payment details.
What the store deliberately avoids
Oddly Okay does not use advertising pixels, cross-site tracking, precise fingerprinting or session replay, and does not sell visitor data. Campaign information is stored only to understand which of our own links and promotions are useful.
Accounts and orders
Optional account sign-in is provided by ChatGPT. When you place an order while signed in, the store keeps the account ID, contact email, items ordered, fulfilment status and shipment tracking link so it can show your order history.
Payments and fulfilment
Stripe handles payment details and Printful handles production and shipping. Oddly Okay does not store full card numbers.
