Your cookie choices

Essential cookies remember your secure account session and privacy choice. They cannot be switched off in the store because accounts and checkout depend on them. Analytics cookies are optional and create random visitor and session identifiers on this site only. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings button.

What the store records

First-party events such as page views, product views, colour and size selections, bag additions, checkout attempts and completed orders. The store also records broad device type, viewport size, referring website, campaign tags, scroll milestones, visit duration and basic loading-quality measurements. These records use random browser and session IDs and do not contain your payment details.

What the store deliberately avoids

Oddly Okay does not use advertising pixels, cross-site tracking, precise fingerprinting or session replay, and does not sell visitor data. Campaign information is stored only to understand which of our own links and promotions are useful.

Accounts and orders

You can create an Oddly Okay account with your name, email and password. Netlify Identity handles password storage, confirmation, recovery and session cookies; Oddly Okay never receives your password. When you order while signed in, the store keeps an opaque account identifier, contact email, items, fulfilment status and tracking link so it can show your order history.

Newsletter

If you join the list, we store your email address, confirmation time and a hashed consent signal so we can send the updates you requested. Subscription is double opt-in, and every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Delivery failures and complaints suppress future sends.

Retention and control

Account and order records are retained while needed to provide the service, handle returns and meet business record obligations. Consented analytics are used to improve the store. You may ask to access or delete account and analytics data, subject to records we must retain for transactions or legal obligations.

Payments and fulfilment

Stripe handles payment details and Checkout, Printful handles production and shipping, Resend handles customer email delivery, and Supabase hosts the private operational database. Oddly Okay does not store full card numbers. Customer review photos are stored separately and published only after an authenticity and relevance check.
