How do the shirts fit?
Relaxed unisex, with substantial 100% ring-spun cotton. Compare a shirt you own to our flat garment measurements; size down for a closer fit or up for more room.
When will my order ship?
Most orders spend 2–7 business days in production before tracked delivery. Your account timeline shows received, confirmed, production and shipping events.
Why is my order made on demand?
We print after purchase to avoid carrying unsold inventory. It also means buyer-selected size and colour changes are not automatically returnable.
Are the product photos exact?
The folded colour previews are design-focused mockups. On-body and close-up images are styled digital references. Garment dye, screens and DTG printing can introduce small colour or placement variation.
Can I check out without an account?
Yes. Stripe securely handles payment. An account is optional, but using the same email makes order history and self-service tracking easier.
Do you store card details?
No. Payment is processed by Stripe; Oddly Okay does not store full card numbers.
How do promotion codes work?
Use a valid code at Stripe Checkout. Unique newsletter codes have an expiry and a redemption limit; discounts cannot be redeemed for cash.
Where do you ship?
The current store ships to Canadian and US addresses. Orders of three shirts qualify for free standard tracked shipping.
