Damaged, misprinted or incorrect
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no extra cost.

We will make production mistakes right.
Each shirt is made for your order. Please check the garment measurements before buying, and contact us promptly if something arrives wrong.
Wrong size selected
Because products are made on demand, buyer-selected size or colour changes are not automatically returnable. Email us anyway—we will review the situation fairly and explain the available options.
Before production
Contact us immediately. We cannot promise changes once production starts, but we will try when the fulfilment status still allows it.
Refund timing
Approved card refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank controls when the credit appears after Stripe processes it.
